Canadian screen actress popularly known for her role as Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since 2019. Other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay an actress producer playwright teacher and director of drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Annas earliest memories were of going to play rehearsals and watching her mother work. Silk produced a variety of commercials when she was still a tiny child. She received her degree from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for two earlier productions of theatre. The two included Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel Levi and Levi are the sons of Seth Cooperman. In 2009, Bo Dennis played the principal role of a succubus for the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as lovers of the same gender on Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite TV Couples by CNN and declared the top TV Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has a large following on social media as a result its popularity.
