This put a black mark on Ladd's records in her amateur. Ladd recovered from this loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight-1. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, and defeated her to secure a first-round TKO. Invicta Fc 16 marked her debut fight in the Bantamweight division. Aspen defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen utilized the techniques she learned from wrestling to take on McGill. She won her bout via an KO (3rd round) (elbows as well as punches). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Invicta FC fighter Sijara Eugenes in a UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Lee match with Eubanks' Sijara was the first match she's had in a major role. Both fighters put up a back-and-forth encounter that ended with Ladd taking a unanimous win and both fighters received their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her winning streak. After a short break after which she went on to beat Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. As a replacement she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
