LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born on 30 December 1984 - is an professional American basketball star. The player is referred to by the name of King James and is considered to be among the most successful basketball players in history. James has been awarded four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs Three All-Star MVPs, and two Olympic medals. James has scored the second greatest number of goals in his career and seventh most assists. James has been named as an NBA All-Star 18 times. James has been the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, which is a record. He was also selected for make the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. As a total, James has played in more than 10 NBA Finals, the third-most ever. The streak spans eight consecutive years between 2011-2018. James was selected to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assists in 2022. James was a basketball player in St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. National media touted James as a future NBA star. To prepare for the pro game, it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick in the NBA draft of 2003. In 2004 he was named NBA Rookie. He soon was one of the league's best athletes, winning the NBA MVP award in the years 2009 and the year 2010. James, who was unable to take home the title in Cleveland, in the year 2010, quit as a free-agent and joined in the Miami Heat. This was made clear by the book The Decision. It is one of the most controversial decisions taken by a sports free-agent in the history of sports.
